WFTDA-Recognized Officiating Clinics
The new WFTDA-Recognized Clinic program is designed to support high-quality independently run officiating clinics where organizers build their own curriculum and event structure.
A WFTDA-Recognized Clinic is hosted by an individual, group, or league and is recognized by WFTDA as containing elements that align with WFTDA’s officiating education.
These clinics are fully funded by their host, who also retains all profits. The host may select any instructors they choose (they do not need to be WFTDA instructors) and the content of the clinic is provided by the instructor and/or host.
The WFTDA does not provide any clinic content or resources to be taught for a WFTDA-Recognized Clinic.
Host Application Information
WFTDA-Recognized Clinics are selected through a rolling application process. Deadlines are the 1st of every month for clinic dates more than 3 months out. For example, if the proposed date of the clinic is June 15th, then the deadline to apply is March 1st.
